Refunds

 

• Down payments are non-refundable once work is started.

• Full artwork is non-refundable when it's finished.

• You may cancel the commission at any time If work isn't started you'll receive a complete refund

 

Do's and Don't's

 

We reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason, and we will typically turn down any major mecha commissions. (Transformers are an exception with maybe some upcharges depending on the character) Outside of that just try to keep it ethical. Many NSFW subjects ARE welcome!

 

Payments

 

• Services totaling over $300 require a $100 down payment.

• All other services require $50 down payment Payment plans are accepted and welcome. If you plan on paying long-term (more than 6 months) please let us know.

• The only rule is your item(s) is/are not shipped to you until your bill is paid off.

• The list is first-come, first-PAID, first serve. Paying off your bill in total bumps you up the list. You are welcome to request your number slot on the list at any time

• You may purchase multiple small quantities of your item at a discount

• Payments are to be made on our primary website, LoadingCrewCrafts.com. If you are commissioning the team I highly recommend making an account here, the chat system and email is the quickest and more reliable form of communication to the artists. If you prefer a Paypal invoice or to go through Vgen, please let us know, these are options.

 

Workflow

• Sketch phases are free. You will receive 2 revisions, a rough and a clean. Please make sure you are happy with these stages before we move on.

• Once approved your design will be colored. Minor changes after this stage may be requested, major changes will result in additional charges.

​

• Final design will not go to print without approval. To prevent any delays, please make sure approvals are done. Final graphics are sent in to the factory with our regular orders for the store. We only order from the factory 5-7 times a year.

​

• If the commissioned character is not an Original Character owned by you it may appear in the shop. This is completely at our discretion

Private Rights and Ownership

​

Private/monetized/graphic ownership is available and we have a rough statement to release raw files to our clients if they choose to purchase. Please be aware this option DOES exist and typically runs 3x the price. There may be slight discounts offered for simple OC's.

Watermarked and full files will be released once paid off

We do NOT allow final files to be put through AI generators or filters Watermarked copies may be shared online, raw files are for personal use
