Small items on their own such as prints, charms, and other keychains ship basic, as well as medium plush we have to get our own boxes for - choose this option if you'd like to upgrade to priority insurance! If you're unsure if your item will ship basic or priority by default, please just ask! We'll be happy to help! 

Upgraded priority or additional insurance options are good for lost packages, getting a refund on your items, etc.
